首届上海国际放射肿瘤学会议（Shanghai International Conference on Radiation Oncology, SICRO）由原上海医科大学附属肿瘤医院的刘泰福、张志义教授发起，于1987年4月26-30日在上海西郊仙霞宾馆举办。1991、1995、2002、2006、2010年在杭州和上海得以延续。目前SICRO已作为复旦大学附属肿瘤医院主办国际学术交流的一个品牌，载入了医院的史册。
本届会议的主旨是：个体治疗时代的放射治疗。着眼于对常见肿瘤临床研究进展的系统性认识。力邀国内外声誉卓著的专家，对当前国际上高质量的临床和基础研究作更新和深度解读，以此促进国际间的合作。内容涉及头颈、胸部、乳腺、胃肠、靶向和粒子放疗的临床和转化性研究、肿瘤免疫、系统生物学等目前研究热点。
