2012年5月19日--5月23日，第107届美国泌尿外科年会（American Urological Association）在亚特兰大会议中心隆重召开。本届年会充分展示了国际泌尿外科学界的最新研究结果、技术方法，以及各领域领军专家的独到学术观点，内容丰富翔实。我院泌尿外科姚旭东教授、张海梁博士、施国海博士和秦晓健医生参加了此次会议，并有三篇学术论文入选口头交流会场，分别是：施国海医生的论文“C-reactive protein as a marker of treatment response and predictor of prognosis in Chinese metastatic renal cell carcinoma patients treated with sunitinib”，秦晓健医生的论文“Variation of circulating estrogen and androgen levels in prostate cancer patient with combined androgen blockade: observation and implication”以及王弘恺医生的论文“External Validation of a Nomogram Using RENAL Nephrometry Score for Predicting High Grade Renal Cell Carcinoma”。
据悉，每年有近2万名来自世界各地的泌尿外科医师参加这个世界上最大规模的泌尿学术会议。我院泌尿外科自2007年起已连续六年在AUA年会上进行口头发言，内容涵盖了前列腺癌，膀胱癌，肾癌，阴茎癌等各领域的临床和基础研究。此次AUA年会，我院泌尿外科的最新成果再次在国际学术的最高讲台上得到了展示，受到与会各国专家学者的关注，也显示了我院在泌尿男生殖系统肿瘤研究方面的综合实力已迈入国际先进水平。
