On October 8, 2014, President GUO Xiaomao signed the sister-institution cooperation agreement with Steven R. Patierno, Deputy Director of Duke Cancer Institute. At the signing ceremony were present Party Secretary LI Duanshu, Vice-president YE Dingwei, WU Jiong and CHEN Zhen, and Prof. WEI Qingyi, Associate Director of Cancer Control and Population Sciences, Duke Cancer Institute. According to the agreement, both sides would carry out various co-operations and exchanges.
